Refer to the following information for the next three questions.

The height of each cliff is 17 meters and the projectiles are released at a speed of 5 m/sec unless otherwise specified. Neglect air resistance.

Projectile #1 from cliff A is released from rest.
Projectile #2 from cliff B is thrown vertically straight up.
Projectile #3 from cliff C is thrown vertically straight down.
Projectile #4 from cliff D is thrown straight forward.
How high above the ground at the base of cliff B will projectile #2 rise before it begins its final descent?

If projectiles #1 and #4 are released simultaneously, how much time will  pass after projectile #1 strikes the ground at the base of cliff A before projectile #4 strikes the ground at the base of cliff D?

If projectiles #2 and #3 are released simultaneously, how much time will  pass after projectile #3 strikes the ground at the base of cliff C before projectile #2 strikes the ground at the base of cliff B?

Refer to the following information for the next four questions.

Two projectiles are released from cliff D. The first projectile is thrown with a horizontal velocity of 5 m/sec while a second projectile is later thrown with a horizontal velocity which is twice as fast, 10 m/sec.
True or False. The second projectile would spend more time in the air compared to the time required by the first projectile.

Calculate is the second projectile's resultant impact velocity as it strikes the ground at the bass of cliff D?

At what angle does the second projectile strike the ground at the base of cliff D?

How far horizontally from the base of cliff D's vertical face does the second projectile strike the ground?
